Job Description:

• Perform handling and processes for mortgage documents; assignments and title reports
• Effective with meeting/daily/monthly goals or deadlines
• Understand the mortgage industry
• Familiar with loan servicing tasks

Key Responsibility Areas

• Proof read and audit recordable
• Process recording fees by understanding related mortgage documents
• Proof read and audit recordable documents
• Any coaching or training experience is preferred but not necessary

Must Have

• High School Graduate
• Candidate should have mortgage experience with a minimum 6 months related experience
• Title experience a plus
• Ability to use basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent time management skills as well as attention to detail
