Job Description:

Conduct audits of loan files completed by Indecomm Associates related to processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing. Review of loan documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines as well as the clients’ requirements.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Audit loan files for completeness and accuracy based on the client’s approved set of audit criteria
• Review documents and data in the client’s origination, processing and closing systems to ensure they meet requirements and set standards of quality
• Meet daily production requirements for review of loans as agreed upon with manager
• Attend LSG Team and Client meetings, as required
• Attend client and Indecomm on-site meetings, as needed
• Track trends and learning opportunities for assigned projects and make training suggestions as needed
• Maintain a thorough working knowledge of industry standards and guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Must Have

• Must have a minimum of three years of mortgage industry experience, and FRONTLINE UW within the past 12 months
• Prior quality control audit experience a plus
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state and/or municipal laws and regulations
• Self-motivated and the ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Experience with Empower, MorTrac, Eclipse, Encompass or similar LOS systems a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven track record of meeting production, quality and service deadlines

• College degree preferred
