She provides a unique perspective to communications strategy and initiatives, drawing from the disciplines of marketing, sales, education, and customer advocacy to find just the right approach. She has as much fun planning campaigns as she does analyzing their effectiveness! Prior to joining the Indecomm Global Services team, Krista worked at the Mortgage Bankers Association, AllRegs, and Ellie Mae.
Joy K. Gilpin is Vice President of Learning and Mortgage Compliance for Indecomm.
Joy has 20 years of expertise within the mortgage industry, with a keen understanding of the lending process, regulatory oversight, and risk mitigation. In her role at Indecomm, she manages the mortgage compliance and learning divisions. She has a long history of advocating for compliance and efficiency in the mortgage lending space, having had practical experience in the loan cycle, compliance, and education. She is an engaging industry speaker and author on both compliance and training topics. Prior to joining Indecomm, Joy managed Business Writing and Education for Ellie Mae, supporting the AllRegs product offering.
