St. Paul, MN – May 31, 2016 – Indecomm Global Services, a leader in business process outsourcing, learning, and technology solutions, announces the launch of InteleDoc Direct™ (IDD) eRecording Platform with Recopedia, Indecomm’s national recording toolkit. Indecomm is the only company in the industry to enhance a web-based eRecording platform with a toolkit that provides current county specific requirements and fee calculation for all real estate document recordings. The platform is available in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. IDD with Recopedia enables Indecomm or client-directed submissions with ease and minimal data entry, at any point in the process.
Most industry eRecording systems offer prompts and tips about county requirements. Indecomm, however, provides the exact county specifications. Indecomm is unique in providing a toolkit which is available to attorneys, title agents, and lenders at any point in the title and closing process. It offers precise recording fee calculations, comprehensive recording checklists with information on how to accurately submit documents, county turn times and more. It also offers the ability to track and stay within tolerances for recording fees under the TRID rules.
