Income calculations are time-consuming and error-prone. An accurate income calculation is needed very early in the mortgage life-cycle and is often required before the application is even considered completed. With self-employed borrowers being both an important referral source and the group of borrowers left out of other pre-qual technology, automating the self-employed calculation has never been more important.
IncomeGenius automates the process of self-employed income by taking the income related documents and pre-populating the selected income worksheet. With dynamic alert messages designed to make sure both the highest and most accurate income is delivered, every person, including a loan officer, can accurately qualify a borrower from the very beginning of the mortgage application.
Personal tax returns, business tax returns, paystubs, and W2s, along with over 200 data points, are used calculate self-employed or wage earner income calculations.
IncomeGenius is proud to partner with Encompass and LendingQB. Additionally, our partner, AdvancedData, provides tax return verification, directly from the IRS, to eliminate additional steps in the qualification process.

Historically, HMDA data was a tool to gauge a lender’s overall performance. Today, it is a mechanism to measure organizations down to the individual loan originator and how they stack up against their peers. The large amount of data, along with frequent organizational and technical changes, means that lenders are often chasing accurate data right until the filing deadline.
Indecomm’s proprietary technology uses automated document indexing and data extraction. Extracted data is then compared to the lender’s LAR to validate if the LAR provided is accurate given the documents and other data points used to make a loan decision.
1003, Demographic Information Addendum, Preapproval Letter, Adverse Action Notice, Closing Disclosure, Loan Estimate, Note, 1008, Automated Underwriting Findings along with over 110 data fields are used to validate the LAR
Robust data and document connections allow Indecomm to receive both data & documents, regardless of originating LOS.
A regular check-up of how your LAR would perform on a monthly, quarterly, or other regular basis means lenders are able to find and address systemic issues early. By getting ahead of the filing deadline, lenders are also able to give meaningful consideration to the way their data will be reviewed and interpreted.

The TILA-RESPA disclosures and other pertinent loan documents along over 750 data fields are used to complete this audit.

Despite making many investments in technology, most lenders still struggle with labor-intensive, manual methods for loan setup. This hinders a lender’s ability to respond to market opportunities and increases touches from processing and underwriting all the way to post-closing. Lenders want a way to accurately stack, index, and name their loan documents and drive minimum submission standards in a low-touch way.
Indecomm’s proprietary technology uses automated document indexing and data extraction. Extracted data is then used to complete loan tasks, such as identifying if minimum submission requirements have been met.
Over 130 loan documents are used to determine if a complete loan submission package has been obtained and meets the lender’s specified requirements.
Robust data and document connections allow Indecomm to receive both data & documents, regardless of originating LOS.
